Booking

Appointments can be booked online, by phone or through Instagram. You'll receive a confirmation with your service, artist and time.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the time to another client. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require a deposit for future bookings.

Late arrivals

We hold your appointment for 15 minutes. After that we may need to shorten the service or reschedule, so the next client isn't kept waiting.

Fixes

If something isn't right with your gel or extensions within 5 days of your appointment, contact us and we'll fix it free of charge. Breakage from accidents or removal outside the studio isn't covered.

Health and safety

Please tell us about allergies, skin conditions, pregnancy or any medical condition before your appointment. We may postpone a service if skin is broken, inflamed or infected.
