Booking & visits
How do I book an appointment?
Book online in about a minute, no account needed. Choose your service, your specialist or the first available, and a time that suits you. You can also call us or message us on Instagram.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Guest booking only needs your name and phone number. An account is optional and lets you see your visits and rebook in one tap.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the time to another client. See our booking policies.
What if I'm running late?
Call us as soon as you can. We will always try to fit you in, but if you are more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten or reschedule the service.

What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturday and Sunday 8 AM to 5 PM.

What is a Russian manicure?
A dry manicure performed with a fine e-file instead of soaking and trimming. It cleans the cuticle area completely so gel lasts longer. Learn more.
How long does gel last?
Three to four weeks on fingers and four to five weeks on toes with our Russian and smart techniques.
Do you remove gel from other salons?
Yes. Book Gel Removal on its own, or Gel Removal + Russian Manicure to start fresh.
Do you use hard gel or acrylic?
We work in hard gel for extensions and overlays. It is lighter, more flexible and nearly odor-free. Read the comparison.
What is a smart pedicure?
A waterless pedicure with an e-file and single-use abrasive discs instead of blades. See the details.
Lashes & brows
How long do lash extensions last?
Because natural lashes shed continuously, most clients book a fill every two to three weeks to keep the set full.
Lash lift or lash extensions?
A lift enhances your own lashes with zero maintenance for six to eight weeks. Extensions add length and volume. Compare them.
How should I prepare for a lash appointment?
Arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup, and plan to relax with your eyes closed.
How long does brow lamination last?
Six to eight weeks, depending on your brow hair and aftercare.
Hygiene & safety
How do you clean and sterilize tools?
Metal tools are cleaned, disinfected and sterilized between clients and opened from a sealed pouch for your appointment. Files, buffers and pedicure abrasives are single-use, and surfaces are disinfected between every client.
Is the e-file safe?
Yes, in trained hands. Our technicians remove only non-living tissue, use sterile bits and adjust the speed to your comfort.
I have sensitive skin or allergies. What should I do?
Tell us when you book and again at the start of your appointment. For lash and brow treatments we can recommend a patch test first.
